Dino Mazzone - Promoter
Dino Mazzone is a well renowned businessman counting many years of experience in property investment. Participating in the achievement of Le Centro, a project of 30 new condominiums built on the corner of Beaubien and Parc. Mr. Mazzone made this project a real success. Now, co-founder of Groupe Elevation 3, his enthusiasm, energy and motivation make him the driving force of the group. He also works on sales and marketing with vivacity. Moreover, his eye for design and his work with various professionals on the project have helped to make Bélanger 24 unique and original.
Eric Huot - Architect
Eric Huot is the project architect. He offers a contemporary look and sleek lines to Bélanger 24. With his work with Mr. Mazzone, his partners, and shareholders in Rosemont Petite-Patrie’s borough, he offers a renewed design in central Montreal City. He has contributed to the realization of several major projects during the last decade, such as The Centro, The Hilton Garden Inn, The 1009 Bleury and Le Domaine des Manoirs. He owns, among others, the Award of Architectural Merit of Quebec City, for home and new Construction and the audience Award for his successful integrated project Condos St-Paul. His association and contribution to the project Bélanger 24 is undeniably an added value.
Julie Lessard- Director of Sales and After Sales Services
Julie Lessard has worked in Real Estate for many years. She has collaborated on the success of condos projects such as Le Solario and Le Quartier 54 (phase 1). Her professionalism and dynamism make her a precious teammate for Goupe Elevation 3. The customer’s satisfaction and the following up on delivery of units are her priority.
